Pistachios control hunger

This is the conclusion, scientists from the U.S.. An experiment was conducted, which was attended by 140 volunteers. They offered to fill your diet peeled pistachios, calories per 100 grams which is 211 calories. Pistachios should be consumed before full-fledged dinner. It turned out that those who have a bite to eat pistachios, more quickly filled, having received 41% fewer calories than those volunteers who did not snack nuts.
Continuing the study, the researchers suggested that 118 volunteers consume nuts daily. This little snack to reduce the total calorie intake by 23%.
Nutritionists have come to a conclusion: the regular consumption of pistachios helps control eating  behavior, and reduce total calorie intake without experiencing hunger stalking.
